1. Who we are

SheStyle ("we", "us", "our") is a women's fashion price-comparison service that aggregates product listings from third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly. Our registered address and data controller contact details are available on request at legal@edentron.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Usage data — pages visited, search queries, filters applied, links clicked. Collected via server logs and analytics.
  • Device & browser data — IP address (anonymised after 24 h), browser type, operating system, screen resolution.
  • Cookies & local storage — session preferences (e.g. chosen theme), analytics identifiers. See our Cookie Policy for details.
  • Affiliate click data — when you click through to a retailer we log a pseudonymous click ID so we can measure referrals. No personal data is shared with retailers.

We do not collect your name, email address, or payment details unless you contact us directly.

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Legitimate interests — operating and improving the service, fraud prevention, affiliate reporting.
  • Consent — analytics and non-essential cookies (where required by applicable law).
  • Legal obligation — retaining transaction logs as required by tax and e-commerce regulations.

4. How we use your data

  • Provide, maintain, and improve SheStyle.
  • Understand which categories, stores, and features are most useful.
  • Detect and prevent abuse (e.g. click fraud).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties, build personal advertising profiles, or use your data for automated decision-making with legal effects.

5. Cookies

6. Third-party services

We use the following sub-processors:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH — server hosting (EU data centres).
  • Meilisearch — on-premise search index (no data leaves our servers).
  • Affiliate networks — receive pseudonymous click IDs only.

7. Data retention

Anonymised usage logs are retained for 12 months. Affiliate click records are retained for 36 months to resolve any commission disputes. No personal data is retained beyond these periods.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR and equivalent laws you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any right contact legal@edentron.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

9. International transfers

All data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). If a sub-processor transfers data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of SheStyle after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
